OUR STEP-BY-STEP PLAN

Are you interested in our training program but have no idea what to expect? We have created a step-by-step plan. This outlines everything: from the moment you contact us to the end of your journey.

01 NO-STRINGS ATTACHED INTAKE

INTAKE

After you fill in the contact form below, we will give you a call. We’ll discuss if Deducated meets your needs. You’ll then be invited for a no-strings attached intake. We’d like to get to know each you, map out your goals, and let you experience the atmosphere of Deducated. Additionally, we’ll provide you with a quote

02 1-ON-1 SESSION

1-ON-1 SESSION

Once you agree with the quote, we’ll schedule a 1-on-1 training session with one of our personal trainers. We’ll assess your movement to fully customize your personal training program. During this session, the focus is entirely on you, and we’ll go through the training schedule app together.

03 KNOW BETTER

KNOW BETTER

You’ll then train in small groups of 4. The personal trainer will teach you how to train properly. After all, in all sports, you really learn how to exercise. So why should you remain dependent on a trainer for strength training? You’ll get to know and understand the exercises, effects, and muscle groups all by yourself.

04 NUTRITION

NUTRITION

In the first two weeks, you’ll track your nutrition and do your exercises. This way, your eating habits become clear. After those two weeks, you’ll have a starting conversation where we’ll provide you with a calorie budget. We’ll give you tips and tricks on how to stick to it.

05 COACHING

COACHING

After one month, you’ll have an individual coaching session where we’ll see if you’re succeeding with, for example, the calorie budget. After that, you’ll have monthly coaching sessions to discuss your progress. And of course, you can always ask questions to all trainers via email.

06 WORKSHOPS

WORKSHOPS

In addition to the training sessions, you can attend several workshops on nutrition and motivation. These workshops are held monthly, and there’s no extra charge. Additionally, you’ll also receive support from a health psychologist who will examine your eating habits.
